Joys 30 Celebration*

Join us for a special closing celebration to honour your commitment, connect with fellow participants, and reflect on the positive changes you've cultivated over the journey.

Colorful Confetti Celebration

Singing Bowl Meditation

Meditation Practice with Singing Bowl. A guided meditation practice with the use of singing bowls as an aid to empower participants to quiet the mind and promote relaxation. Making it easier to enter the meditative state. The session is 1 hour in total.

 

This activity is led by Miss Tina Tsang.

Forest Bathing

Forest bathing is the practice of immersing our senses in nature and taking in the forest atmosphere with the intention of enhancing well-being. Because of its holistic therapeutic effects on our mind, body and spirit, it is referred to in many parts of the world as Forest Therapy.

 

In a guided Forest Therapy experience, you will be led by an experienced guide through a series of connective invitations that slows you down, awakens your senses, opens your heart and supports you in building a deep, healing connection with nature.

 

Many people report feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated after a forest therapy experience. You are welcome to come experience it for yourself as nothing beats spending real time in nature yourself!

 

This Forest Bathing session is led by 'Shinrin Yoku Hong Kong'.

Dresscode: 

  • Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor environment or sitting on the floor

  • Lightweight long-sleeves top and long pants provide the best protection from natural elements and insect bites

  • Closed toe walking shoes, please avoid wearing slippers

  • Please avoid wearing short skirts or pants

Orientation Day*

Joys 30 orientation day will help you get acquainted with the project and be prepared for the 30-day journey ahead. You will meet your fellow participants and learn to use the different online and physical tools.

Ancient Body Mind Wisdom

Body and Mind are closely connected with a lot of signs for self protecting,
meanwhile, we ignore a lot from them. In this workshop, we will:

  • Rediscover Chinese Medicine wisdom for city life: lunchtime or after-work Qigong flows

  • Learn to mindful breathing between MTR stops

  • Meridian stretches for desk necks

  • Acupressure to de-stress

 

Journal tongue-pulse cues, align body and mind, or simply meals with seasons daily. LIVE MINDFULLY, balancing Five Elements to reconnect body, mind, momentum.

 

This activity is led by 'Kusala Education'.
