Third Sector Connect
Founded in 2019, Third Sector Connect (TSC) is committed to providing practical solutions for the daily management and operational needs of small to medium-sized youth social purpose organizations (SPOs). Its mission is to unlock the potential of frontline service workers and SPO leadership by establishing an efficient administrative support hub. TSC also fosters a vibrant learning community, with a strong emphasis on leadership development and capacity building.
In alignment with this mission, TSC launched the IDG Hong Kong Community Hub and the IDG Asian Wisdom Network—regional initiatives supporting the global Inner Development Goals (IDG) movement. These platforms empower social change-makers to build the inner capacities needed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Since 2021, TSC has also been running Joys 30, a community-based initiative that engages volunteers, SPO practitioners, corporate partners, and the general public in reflective and developmental activities. In 2023, Joys 30 integrated the IDG framework into its program design, further promoting the human qualities and skills essential for a sustainable future.

We believe by cultivating awareness, we empower ourselves to consciously choose: quality attention to SELF for purposeful wellbeing, to RELATIONSHIPS for authentic connection, and to our PLANET for responsible sustainability. These mindful choices shall create ripples that elevate entire systems and help safeguard future generations like many ‘islands of coherence’ working in harmony.
